I've been off and on since high school and through undergrad, but I have been fully committed to my workouts for about two years now.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel better about myself. It also provides opportunities to meet new people and build relationships.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm self-motivated. It also doesn't hurt to see results. The more results I see, the more motivated I get. And right now, I'm seeing results.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
when i'm bulking, i rest anywhere from 3-4 minutes. sometimes longer if i'm going to do a weight i've never done before. when i'm cutting, i shoot for 30-45 seconds between sets.

when i go heavy, i usually go no higher than 6 reps per set. when i go light, i'll do anywhere from 12-20 reps.

I jus use good ol' 100% gold standard whey. No insulin spike i'm sure. Jus wanted to know if isolates were a bit slower than hydrolysates. Better option half hour pre workout?

I was hoping my body would use the fat a already have for energy! Haha! I do valet so I jog alot. Im on a lower carb(50-100) diet right now and fat intake is around 20-25 from healthy fat. What should I do to burn more fat? Lower carbs even more and start sprinting to get cars instead of jogging?

Whats wrong with low carb and low fat? What do you suggest to cut as much bodyfat and keep as much muscle? Im at 9% bodyfat now and weighing in around 180. I would like to get around 3-4% by mid June!
