Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

the coaches at my middle school had open gym after school and it was history from there. i think in middle school it was more a social thing, but my freshman year i really got serious about it and saw the results. i liked the results and fell in love with repping iron. then powerlifting came along and im hoping to letter in it this year.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love the acomplishe feeling you have after a really tough workout. or taht split second where you doubt yourself then say no you can finsih this rep.... the second wind if you will. I also like to see my body change little by little. Of course attention from the ladies is nice but its not why I do it.

igettoeup I started SL5x5 a couple weeks ago, based on what I remember you saying last time we talked it would help you, also look into GOMAD, it works, I gained 26 pounds in 26 days, check my profile.
