Starting September 17 I want to start lifting weights and I am looking for a workout partner. I usually hit the gym (LA Fitness in Wyomissing, PA) around 3pm, due to the fact that I work at Target from 6am - 2:30pm. As of now I am doing about an hour of cardio and 30 minutes in the sauna. ...
