How I Started:
To get stronger for high school wrestling. I started using my brothers cement weights in the basement over summer vacation and came back to school 10 pounds heavier! Then after 4 years of Army training I got burnt out for years. I just got started again in sep'05' and again in my parents basement (my basement is only 4ft high) But I have real Olympic weights now.
Why I Love It:
The planning, the pump,and the changes in the body. The looks I get from my wife. Plus, as a father & husband it's the only free time I get to have by myself! No worldy distractions, just me and the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Changing routine and diet, new supplements, and time off. I'll buy a muscle mag every blue moon. And the looks and comments from my beautiful wife.

How close r u to 315 bench. I want to do that too. But i dont think it will happen. Ill be 51 soon 4/21 & just dont have the strength anymore. But ill keep the dream going.
