Preping to compete/ Grinding hard as ever. I want it bad.
Goal (Long):
I have always admired power lifters both male and female because its oe of those sports where all the pressure lies on you. I have always played team sports and now as a personal challenge I'd like to get myself both physically and mentally to a competition level of fitness. And one day actually be able to say "I compete".
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

This week I went to visit a friend who had a bowflex, and I'm thinking "sweet a bowflex, this will be hard, challenging and fun", WRONG. I put all the resistance on there just to see if I could do it, I think is said it was like 350lbs, but it was easy as hell. I know what 350lbs...
Oh, I feel ya. I'be backslid a little myself this summer. I got my first house and it's been way more time consuming that I anticipated. I'm working on getting things back on track now. Hopefully you can find a better balance soon!
You know thats one of my specializations right (not that I've done anything with it in ages)? You really are trying to be like me. Geez ...

So what is your field of study anyway? Trying to be like me isn't that hard, aside from the "evil supergenius" part, but you're young so it'll be easy for you fill that role.
And when is graduation?
Speaking of b-ham, a recruiter earlier this week tried to get me interested in a position over there. Geez, too bad I'm not ready to move yet.
Well, I'd say put the wheaties down and replace that with oatmeal, quinoa, steak, spinach, and brocoli.
Can't eat wheaties. They make me hold water and itch. Eeewww....
