How I Started:
Like most that you talk to, I started off being over weight, played rugby, and did swimming then lost intrest for awhile till one day I looked in the mirror and didnt like what I saw looking back at me, so I actually there and then got up and went for a run, it was the hardest thing I have ever done. however loved every minute of it. This lust for fitness grow and grow until I began reading bodybuilding magazines, and then from then onwards I want more muscle more size more strengh, at that age I wasnt sure where I was going with it all, until finally I decided to set my goals on becoming a pro.
Why I Love It:
It challenges you mentally more than anything else. Can you do one more reo, can you lift that weight one more time, it shows what kind of person you are deeo down inside.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do, I get up every morning and hit that gym hard and heavy, read magazines watch dvd's you name it I live the sport of bodybuilding.
BB Accomplishments:
Forever increasing forever progressing and forever doing the sport I love where others give up I keep going.
