Wednesday 3/13/13- Abbs, Light shoulders, Cardio. 20mins of back to back abb excercizes. Started with 4 excersize combo on floor mat- Lying knees to elbow crunches, Kness to elbow bicycle, Baisc Crunch, Lying Leg Lifts. 3 set of 20. Incline machine side bends. 2 sets of 15 ea side, 1 set wth 10lb plate 15 reps ea side Abb crunch machine 20/30lbs, 20/30lbs. 20, 40lbs Light Shoulders. OH Shoulder Press Machine 12/65, 10/85, 8/105 Cardio. Run on treadmill for 20mins. 2.03 miles Go to BodyBlog
jamesbaze 8. I feel like i lost an hour this weekend. The good news is since it is staying light longer i can play disc golf after work on friday.
