Workout Program:
My workout right now is simple. CrossFit.com and conduct the work out of the day (WOD). I downloaded all the demos so that I can see how certain exercises are completed. If it is a new exercise I ensure light weight until I can get the technique down. Never substitute form for big weight. I augment with cardio no less than three times per week. Depending on level of intensity of the workouts on any given week I rotate between long and slow to short and fast. My focus is to conduct every workout as intense as possible.

On Saturday's me and my crowd execute the "300" from gymjones.com and add 50 dips, so it looks like this:

25 dips
25 pull ups
50 deadlifts with 135lbs
50 pushups
50 24 inch box jumps
50 135 lb floor wipers
50 35 lb single arm dumbell clean and press
25 pullups
25 dips
