Front Pre - Body for Life - 180 lbs After Month 3 of CrossFit
This was taken after I had already lost from 206lbs to 180lbs with no plan, a horrible diet and lots of running around Salerno
This was taken after my 3rd month of CrossFit. I am floating between 150 and 155 lbs. My CrossFit total is 797 and my goal is to bust 1000.

This was after the most intense CrossFit workout I've had yet. 10 exercises and 50 reps per for time...Ouch!!! But I loved it!
