I started working out b/c of sports growing up as a kid.

I did a MUSCLE UP!!!!!!! I did it on 16 FEB. I can't believe it. It was an ugly one but I got it.

This was taken after I had already lost from 206lbs to 180lbs with no plan, a horrible diet and lots of running around Salerno
This was taken after my 3rd month of CrossFit. I am floating between 150 and 155 lbs. My CrossFit total is 797 and my goal is to bust 1000.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Support groups are the best way to get to your goals. You can push each other and help each other when needed. When doing CrossFit it is almost a "have to".
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

Looks like CF is doing you wonders! I dont variations of the WOD on base here in Kuwait, but its not well set up for most WODs, so I scale many of them. However, the short and intense workouts rock! How are you doing now with CF, hit 1000 on CF total?
