Hello! I just started a new workout today...modeled after the same one AloneIStand uses. More days of lifting and more days of cardio. He got great results, hopefully I will as well. I ran 3 miles early this morning and plan to hit chest and biceps hard this evening. Planning to take diet very serious over the next 30 days and then assess progress. How is yours?
Don't make the ingredients but use to mix it up. Its been a long time since I've really hit the gym... today is my first day back on the new routine. How are you doing? I'm finding the 6 meals a day tricky.
