My story is this as a child my doctor told my mother that I have epileptic seizure disorder. My life change big time, my mother put limits on me as a child. One day I was in the bookstore reading a bodybuilding book and I got hooked on the life style. My high school years was great it was the 80's and our high school gym had some good weights for a beginer. I began making fast gains with the Joe Weider's system, for over 20th years now.I want to move on to 2003 I was told have very high cholesterol and I need to get this under control, so I began to go back to what helped me with my seizure and I know it would control this condition. Bodybuilding is good in controling medical condition in the body along with good food. Just call me the come back kid I was told by my doctor in 2006 that now I have type 2 Diabetes. I been working at control the diabetes, because diabetes breakdown cells in the body; with this in mind I could be nothing but all Natural (I been Natural 42 years ,all my life) It been almost 2 year now and I'm on the come back.
My life has changed for the better, because God is my hope
Why I Love It:
I Bodybuilding, because it helps me stay lean to fight my diabetes and high Cholesterol.
For the last 7 years I been using the ripped system it works and I have a 7.5% body fat at 42 years old. Ripped is the sensible way to achieve ultimate muscularity. I always strive to improve, not only my body but my hold life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting real goals.
My 2008 goals are to drop my cholesterol by 30% and to live a well diabetic life.
BB Accomplishments:
I been able to stay in the same weight class for 10 years now.
I want to better control my diabetes, and manage my cholesterol with Bodybuilding. I want to drop my body fat by 3% by December-24 2009.
Goal (Long):
I want to eat better, and lose 20 pounds by June 13/2009. I want to increase my Fat Burning Capacity, and be in better health by my next birthday August,13/2009.
Yeah,
I have a lot to earn with mixing intense training and diabetes. Sometimes I just want to fall over in the gym. My numbers are always good though. My doc just tells me to stay away from all supplements (shes not a beleiver) so I am kinda experimenting on my own. Whats working for you?

Great videos James! I will have to try some of those techniques in my workouts. Good to see you are still going strong and making gains! And remember, you are the TRUTH!!!
These are the two books you were telling me about:
Joe Weider's Ultimate bodybuilding and Clarence Bass book Ripped3 man these guy are Master/Blaster and the God-Father of Bodybuilding.
Good luck with your continued progress. Those of us with dietary requirements beyond the normal bodybuilder's have to be even smarter in our nutrition plan. Keep up the good work.
