when i was in high school i signed up for a fitness class and fell in love with lifting

i love the feeling that i get while and after i lift... it makes me forget about everthing and i jus focus on my workout

try a few eeks of 5x5 reps bro heaviest weight you can do strict form im doing it now with a 1 minute rest between sets

drop ur reps right down on bench keep raising the weight...also have yu tried reverse grip bench this will help you with your platau
