In January I started working out because I got tired of having to wear an undershirt to try to hide my fat. I went from 200lbs to 180 and from 15% body fat to 8% in 3 months.
I stopped working out in the summer and lost a lot of what I gained, but as cheezy as it sounds, I was inspired by the movie 300 and have set out to look like the Spartans.
Why I Love It:
Only 10% of the people that workout ever see results. I am one of those 10%, and that is what I love about working out!
I like seeing results, and going to the gym every day ensures that I continue to gain.
How I Stay Motivated:
First and foremost the movie 300 is my biggest motivation, and next to that is NOexplode!

Great new profile pic and pose for you. Solid progress on biceps and thicker forearms. NICE work on lats. Chest/pecs need some thickness, trim the waist and get that 6 pack and quite the physique. Great job in such a short time. Keep us updated. Andre
