Overall Goal: I just had a toumor removed from my spinal cord and i gained alot of weight. I want to get my body back to a weight im happy with and get cut back up. I want to get ripped so when I take off my shirt my wife cant keep her hands off me.

Ive always worked out some what to stay in shape for football, and bull riding. Ive just recently gotten back into lifting heavy again.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get knowing im changing my body and im living healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I seen my body at its worst. I just had a toumor removed from my spinal cord and i went from 160 lbs to over 200 lbs. I didnt like the way my body looked or the looks i got from others when i took my shirt off. So i guess my motivation would be never to be that i dont want to get back to that stage and wanta healthy toned body. My wife also pushes me to stay in shape.

Goal (Long):
I wanna get back to the strength i was at before the toumor. I also want my body back down to a weight im happy with and feel good about. I want to have a well defined body and 12% body fat. I want to bench 350 lbs and curl 250 lbs. I want to be able to take my shirt off and my wife go crazy over how I look.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

Hey James.
Thanks for the comments. I appreciate them. You have a good structure to work with. I like to train each body part hard once a week in a 4 day split. I eat 5 meals a day in the off season eating clean wholesome foods,"no junk". If you provide the body with all the nutrients it needs it will grow. Keep in touch and keep up the good work.
James - Keep your protein high and keep hitting those free weights. Decline dumbell presses and dumbell flys have really built up my chest. Try adding them in every week. Good luck bud!
