How I Started:
I read a book called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, and just started trying to become as fit as possible.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to release the stress from the day, and it just feels great. It also feels great when your friends come to you for advice on how to improve their physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see what I am and what I could be every morning. I have workout posters all around and it reminds me why I do what I do.

This was just this last summer, When I came back from school I was so fat, and decided I needed to change.
I want to be healthy and also be eye candy for the opposite sex.
Goal (Long):
I was always a little chunky. I want to be that guy that all the girls look at in the gym. Also, I'm a ballroom dancer, and I want to be the guy everyone goes ooooo awwww
I also read Men's Health magazine, and I want to be one of the MH fit guys.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
No spotter, or they never ask for help and so they do heavy lifts with improper form and it becomes dangerous. I know because I was one once and almost dislocated my shoulder because it locked up on a lift, and if someone was not watching I could have been seriously injured. I know make sure I know what I am doing, and if I don't then I ask! The key to having an effective workout and a safe workout is ask ask ask! Good people to ask are the guys who take up two mirrors because they have so much muscle (j/k). What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't mind if they are truly working hard. If it is a show then it is annoying. I do it but it really is not a grunt.
Great documentation in your progress. Good luck on your quest for a 6pack. If you ever want more ab routines you might want to check out fitnessvip on youtube. I've got some of his videos on my page. I'm going to be starting his 6pack program. I just finished his ripped series, but I still have a way to go.
Senior in credits;) but still have some to go..Liberal Arts/Liberal studies..just looking to get my degree and go from there.. i'm thinkin Court Stenography and get my personal training certs and do that on the side. :)
