I was weak and small and i wanted to change the way i looked forever!
Why I Love It:
Because i want to get huge and i am going to keep going untill i am!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get good comments from friends and so this motivates me.

Gained 30lbs in two years and lost 3lbs of fat while the bulk too!

Deadlift: 104lbs for 2 sets of 13 reps.

I want to gain 50 pounds in the next 2-3 years and i want to cut body fat down to like 5% after i bulk.
I want to enter comps. by age 18-20.
And i want to get a pro card!!

I am at 110lbs now and all i need to gain is 1lb more this month to get my goal weight for February! So im intaking alot more and actually trying to take in 300g of carbs! (Usually 200g of carbs.)
hey i was just wondering what you were doing to work out because it looks like ur like me and have a high metabolism so i was just wondering cuz we r the same age
