Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
I tell my work out partner, but no one else cares to hear it.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
keep before and after pictures, and admire your results
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep it in my mind. If i feel good with the excersise i tell myself go heavier by 5 pounds next week. (just an example)
