I wanted to gain muscle mass after returning from iraq cuz most of the mass i had gained was water mass

Hi J.... I feel sooo much better today.. I went to work and did Cardio in the am.. Weightlifting in the pm with more Cardio.... I feel great. Thanks for checkin... I will keep you posted on my progress and pics. Lol .How are you Handsome? Happy Friday! Jazzy:)

You are kind! My trick is to work a lot on my shoulders and back It makes my waist look smaller by comparison. I actually like to work out those body parts. What I do NOT like is leg day. Yuck! Thank goodness, I did those yesterday, now I don't have to think about them again for a week! LOL!
