Goal (Long):
All my life i wanted a body to be proud off, i always admired the hulk hehe and always wanted to be just as big fast and agile as he is. I want to be 200 lbs with 10% body fat. I want to see my abs.
I am sure with full dedication i can get this done in 18 months. What is needed of me is to 'DO WORK'
I HAVE internet trouble home. So i dont get to log my days as I would like to. I have been thinking though, What are the pre-requisites for living a healthy life? It is either i'm healthy and fit or not at all right. Developing self control when lyming and when it comes to alcohol consumption...
sorry took so long, I need to get on here more. Just find a diet you know you can stick with and sacrifice a short period of time in your life to get into your best shape. What you give up doesnt compare to what you will get in return...keep me updated on your progress !!
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Thanks for the add. My advice would be stay consistent with your workouts and really crack down on your diet. I have an example diet posted on my bodyspace page below my workout program that will give you an idea of what it takes. I lost 40 pounds in about a year and hardly ever did cardio, so that tells you how important diet can be! Best of luck man.
what went wrong is that I did not make my wt class which was 198. weighed in at 204 which put me in the heavy wt class. the national level is tough, guys show up from all over the nation.

J, thanks for the add and welcome to Body Space! Thanks too for the words of respect. You have a reasonable goal, so I suspect you will be charging right along and slice and dicing that fat!
