When I Started:
How I Started: I first started back when i was like around 10 or 12 years old cause my older brother was a workout nut. When i was a teenager i was a really fat kid, but i was always strong for my age. Before i started working out i remember walking up 12 steps and was out of breath. Then freshman year in high school the varsity football coach saw me and made try-out for football, and it was the first time i went to an actually gym.
Why I Love It: I really started loving working out soph. year in high school when i started playing hig school football. At first working out was just something i had to if i wanted to play football. At first i really didn't like it but i kept going and going. Then i started seeing changes in my body and my football performance and also emotionally as well.
How I Stay Motivated: To stay motivated all i do is either remember how i felt back in the day when i was fat, and also on though days that i don't feel like working out my body tells me to get off my ass and hit the weights.
BB Accomplishments: Its funny but my major bodybuliding accompishment is at i feel good enough to take off my shirt in public. Everybody says i have a real nice body but there is still that fat little kid inside of me.
