Over the next 12 weeks I plan to lose 15 lbs and keep the muscle I have.
Goal (Long):
I am a very good yo-yo dieter. I lose and gain weight fairly easily. Unfortunately, I have not been able to keep the weight I lose off for a sustained period of time. My current goal is to lose about 15 lbs before my bachelorrette party. I plan on accomplishing my goal by eating clean, weight lifting, running and crossfitting. I have 12 weeks to accomplish my goal. Start Date 11/1/09. End Date 1/29/09.
