When I Started:
How I Started:
my dad started bringing me to the gym when i was in high school and noticed pretty good results. when he won his division in his first competition, it inspired me to keep at it.
Why I Love It:
it keeps me at a high level of fitness for the many sporting activities i do, but above all else, it keeps me feeling rejuvenated and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
ive always been a motivated individual and have never had too many problems coming up with the motivation to hit the gym. but i definitely like to challenge myself to become better and always watch some youtube bodybuilding videos to set the mood and intensity!
