Workout Program:
Monday:
5S of 5R Bench Press
3S of 12R Bent over Rows
3S of 12R DB shoulder press
3S of 15R BB bicep curl
3S of 12R DB Chest Fly
3S of 10R Hamstring Machine
3S of 10R Quads
3S of 20R Decline Abs
2S of 30R Oblique Crunches
15 minutes of Cardio

Tuesday
30 Minutes of Cardio
3S of 5R Dips. (I cant do all 3 yet)
3S of 20R Abs (cant do them all yet)
Cable Tricep Pulldowns after dips.
Boca Ball pushups on decline. 3xFailure

Wed Rest:

Thursday: Repeat Monday
Friday: Repeat Tuesday
Saturday: Started Jujitsu in the evening, adding boxing in Feb.

Sunday Rest.

I started this program December 1st 08. I will be doing this program until March 1st, where I will be focusing on toning more than the power.
