How I Started:
I was sick and tired of waking up feeling like a fat slob. I loved to watch the UFC, and just watching the guys training videos, made me get off my ass.
Why I Love It:
You get that feeling in the middle of your workout like you feel PUMPED. when your done working out, yeah, your a little tired and tight, yet.. you still feel like a beast.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep taking pictures. Compare last to first. I love peoples comments on my changes.
BB Accomplishments:
Got my bench over 300 lbs for first time in 6 years!

Goal (Overall):
Hey everyone~ I am trying to transform my body into a body I have never had before.
Goal (Long):
I used to play football in HS... and once I finished that.. went to college and took a desk job.. I gained 62 lbs in 4 years! Yeah, I said holy **** too when it finally hit me. My goal: It took me 4 years to gain the weight so my goal is that by the end of this 4 year cycle... I will be in INCREDIBLE shape with the body of my dreams. :Lose weight, WHILE building muslce. (This goal is a long term goal) Lose 70 lbs within 24 months OR get my overal body fat to 20%. Once that 20% mark is reached, I then want to have th discipline in place to drop 5% more. Ill revise my goals after that.

Im just a regular guy, who happens to be unhappy with his body. I am a network engineer from Michigan, I work 50 to 60 hours per week and as some people know, network engineers are ALWAYS training for something new.

I left high school at 223lbs. Played football, wrestled....
