After a 4 day lay off and my body being fully recovered I decided to try for some PR numbers And succeeded!!

My First was I did Lat Pull downs 5x 250 PR

And then I did Dumbbell Rows 4x150 (Almost crapped myself doing this one. Had to do evac to the drop zone ASAP if you know what I mean)


Current Supplements:
Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein, 5 Lbs., Chocolate Peanut Butter

Reason: Best Protein I've had. A blend of Whey and Casein does a body good ;)
