JGNOV88 Yeah maybe, I have the opposite problem though, I gain weight too easily if I slack off. I was 205 pounds in march after my christmas binge/no working out. Shaved that right back to 180 by august at which point I started to gain weight again but this time it was muscle, I'm 190 now. I'm really interested in gaining weight and mass, just as long as it's muscle. Jan 20, 2011 7:47pm

JGNOV88 Basically I do weights mon-wednes-fri, mon is chest and arms, wednes is shoulders and legs, and fri is back and abs. All the moves I do are compound so i'm workin as many muscles as possible and I might do 8 moves with 3 sets each and each set would be 8-12 reps with some to failure, like bodyweight exercises. JGNOV88 On and off since I was 18, became serious about last April when I got some serious festive season weight-gain after taking way too long a break. Since then it's been three times a week, every week, except for break weeks which I take every two months as a way to shock my muscles. Jan 20, 2011 7:17pm
