Goal (Long):
I would like to lower my BF 3-5% before 2010 but maintain my weight up to 175 lbs. This will require some fat loss and muscle gain of course. I would like to rep 225 for 6 before 1 Dec 2009, and get to over 300 in the next year (for reps). I also would like to decrease my 2 mile run time, 10 mile bike, and 600-800M swims.
