there is nothing to do while your deployed, so I flew missions, worked out, ate, and slept. After a helicopter crash I want to build back up to the level that I was once at.
Why I Love It:
I get excited to see improvement, in strength and size. I also just like that satisfying feeling after I get done with a 2 hour workout session.
How I Stay Motivated:
look at myself in the mirror. lol. I'm disappointed in my size. something always happens and I end up getting sick or injured playing sports. so I end up shrinking.
BB Accomplishments:
I was pretty excited when I had "17 arms lol. also I use barbells alot, and I was able to bench, two 125lbs one time.
I'm just getting back into the gym. I was about 190 but I stopped working out due to a back&neck injury, from a helicopter crash. good times!
Too much body fat exist on my stomach right now. that will go away soon, hopefully lol
I'm excited because I will soon be a civilian again. I can't wait to finish school and start a new career. I used to fly in SH60's but I crashed and that changed my mind about flying. I'm lucky or blessed to be alive.
thank you for adding me as someone who inspires you. I'm humbled. As far as being your first (on bb that is...LOL)well now, at my age, that's lucky and I'll take it!
You know, I have no idea about any of the supplements above protien, creatine and like supps. I have never taken HMB, HGH or anything else on that level. So you're essentailly asking the wrong guy. Sorry I couldn't help more.
Glad to hear that it is going well for you. And, you are too sweet. I definitely still have more fat to lose. I seem to carry the majority of my fat weight through my thighs and booty. Workin like crazy to tone these babies up :)
