When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I started it all for high school football and i liked the way i looked so i just keep on going

WHY I LOVE IT:

I really enjoy not wearing a shirt and i want to look good so that is my motivation

WHY IS IT COLD IN THE GYM?

So usually A guy will wear a hoody in the gym so that he will sweat more.  However, today it was so cold in the gym that I had to wear one just so that my muscles didnt get cold.  I do not understand this at all. I am a college student and the gym usage is apart of my tuttion.  After all of the recent accidents with closing it becasue of a sporting event, special oylmpics, or even because some lazy worker wouldnt show up is just straight bull crap. I am paying for the gym so why not let me enjoy it and use it the proper way.  Being cold in the gym isnt worth even being in t...

Universal Torrent

I am taking universal torrent and I just cannot take the taste. I am struggling getting it down. But I know that I have to take this supplement because it has given me great gains. My workouts are very hard and take alot of energy so this supplement fills in everything I lost. I was just wondering if maybe anyone out there had some ideas on how to get torrent to taste good. I am taking Green Apple Avalanche flavor.   Oh and I am down to 186 baby soon to get to 175 and 6% body fat.  SOON AND VERY SOON I can change my name to CAPTIN 6PAC

Special Olympics.....

So today I went to our local gym here at the college and yet again they have the weight room closed.  I do not really understand why the gym feels obligated to close down the weight room just beacuse the special olympics are here. I dont mean to sound like a complete ******* but really come on.  ITs not like the gym is un supervised and that the kids are just running around crazy.  All I wanted to do was get in and ride the bike and do some cardio and abs..... HOWEVER, now I can't do that....  But yet people will say why not go outside, well lets see its only 17 degrees out...
