THe pump is amazing. It boosts your self-esteem, and I love to be bigger than most other people.

two years of heavy back training, added a good amount of mass. higher bodyfat right now cause i'm in the middle of bulking. eat eat eat!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
No problem with it, whatever gets the weight up. Unless you're doing it to draw attention to yourself. A little is natural.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts, tank top. comfortable.
