How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping track of progress, if you dont know where you are at,then you will never really know where you are going. Keeping track gives you a pointA and a pointB, its just a matter of finding the quickest way to and from both.

continue to shrink my waist but keep or grow muscle mass in the process
Goal (Long):
I want to continue to drop my waist measurement as much as possible, while maintaining or even growing more muscle mass. I was 305 before, and i know by dieting so strictly ive sacrificed alot of muscle mass in the process of fat loss. Im hoping that muscle memory kicks in and i replace the muscle mass by slowly adding carbs to my diet, while continuing to shrink my waist. If i can keep my waist at the same measurement and gain weight, using the bodyfat% i should be able to gauge my goal properly.
Thanks for you comments on Draper's book. Oddly enough, even though I read it I never have tried to follow his diet advice. Since it worked so well for you, I think I will give it a shot too! Thanks.
I see that you read Draper's book, too. What did you think of it? Nice work on losing the weight and really getting into shape by the way. An inspiration!
