my wife is the best, we just put together a gym at our new home. i got all kinds of cool stuff for it for x-mas. i love working out at home, do what i want and when i want. thank you babe the best gift i have gotten in a long time.

Looking good man. Well I am sitting around 170-173lbs looking to gain another 10 eventually. It's hard to eat enough while in school. My squat and deadlift have increased quite a bit so I am happy with that. Just want to get my bench up. By the way that sizeon didn't do to much for me. Gave a little pump and some energy but not to much of a mass gain. I wasn't impressed to be honest.
