Background

When I Started: Jun 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I began lifting weights in preparing for high school football as part of the school's weightlifting program the summer before my freshman season.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Weightlifting is a key component in helping me combat depression - for which I have been diagnosed with in a serious case. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing my body sculpted from the lifts that I do and seeing the results from all of my hard work.
