Cheers bro, I'll give it a try soon for a week or two and see how it goes. I'm thinking about maybe going for a half hour hill ride or something every morning, step up the intensity at the gym and up the pwo cardio.

Ahhh okay. That's cool dude, you can't shit in your own nest by sending out your product for free! Atm I'm keeping up about 1.5 hrs lifting and 30 mins cardio 3x/week, but am thinking I will have to step it up a bit. I'm eating around BMR and until now have been losing around 1-2lb/week. But since I took time off for an injury, the rate has slowed right down, and now I seem to be hovering around the same weight.

I'll keep that in mind. It's getting hard trying to fit gym in with uni/work commitments at the moment. I'e gotta get my shit together. Does your 12 week cut workout involve a lot of cardio or more high-intensity weights?

I'm part way through a cut cycle and seem to be plateauing. Any advice?

thats great dude! The personal trainer at your gym should be able to take bodyfat measurements for you, but be prepared to be charged for it (bs, i know). Size measurements are a great way to track your progress though. keep up the good work!

I know what you mean man. I've found with my cut that I can still enjoy good tasting food, just have to clean it up a bit and eat a little less. I find www.nutridiary.com is a great help in keeping tabs on what i'm eating.

Hey! New progress shot should be soon, hopefully. I'm in the middle of a cut cycle at the moment, dropped about 3.5 kilos thus far and hoping to drop another 5 or 6 and then see where I'm at. Current goal is to get to around 10-12%, or less if I can manage it, then clean bulk my way up as high as I can. Need to pack on some serious mass!

sounds good to me dude. if you're maintaining bf then you're def putting on muscle. i've put on nearly 10kg total since last august. measured an extra 4cm on my bis since jan and an extra 4cm on my chest since april, so i'm pretty happy with it atm. my bf% has also maintained about the same i think. so yeah, things are cruising along nicely atm, hopefully i can keep it up.
