hmmm..id say the injury got u down..shock ur body in some way..rather it be a high carb day, shock it one week with a totally different workout with rep scheme..
i hate to tell you this, but i have a website going and i sell this workout..
its so hard to send it every other week and very time consuming..
id give u a traditional workout i have thats a great one also..
thnx bro..ive worked my ass off, dieted hard, after bulking heavy in the winter..i have a 12 week workout thats a complete bodyshocker, ur body never adapts to it..so constant shock wht the scheme of the workout and ur destin to get ripped..
lol the ex phys department is in Playford level 6. Its a good facility but not sure if they take "requests" so to speak. Ill be doing an anthropometry course through that and will need practice subjects if your keen?
LOL, yeah i know what you mean, but their methods are 95% CRAP!!! they use a BIA scale at our gym, i got one of them here. Im hoping to see a guy at uni I work with who has Anthrop qualifications to help me out. Sorry I cant stand the majority of trainers, as most of them only have 6 weeks experiences in fitness and thats from AIF :P
hey thats ok, progressive is the best way. Training for me is doing ok. Need to take some measurements soon and see where im at. Strength is feeling good, bodyweight is up A LOT, probably too much. Starting my cleaner eating today and looking to drop a little excess
lol, thanks, I'm just ending my first week off training. So looking forward to getting back into it. I need new update shots as well. thinking of trying my first cut this summer. Havent done a proper one yet, I like food too much :S
i am bulking atm too man dunno if its good bulk tho. i wanna bulk to 95Kg then cut, dunno how i am gonna go. still trainin alone, havin some trouble still. i would like to bulk to 100Kg i am hopiong if i do its quality. i guess only positive is my body fat has remained the samw while i am bulking so i think i hav gained muscle as well as fat.
