My main goal is to be 185 LBS and 4-5% body fat i am giving my self until October 2009 to get myself there.
I would also like to score a perfect on the Marine Corps physical fitness test which consists of 20 pull-ups, 100 crunches and a 18 min. 3 mile run. The last one I ran a few weeks ago I did the 20 and 100 but only ran a 19min. 10 sec 3 mile. That was the best I have ever ran in the 5 years i've been in. Only a minute 10 to shave off, I know I can get there. I just need to push myself harder then I already am.

How's things going? Working on just dropping weight here, since they took two inches off my height, gotta weigh less now. Plus, it will help take pressure off my back.
Jake, man you looking great. I'm about the same build as you but got get my BF% down been cutting for three wks after hitting 188. You got a great gym there and keep killing those weights.

Animal Flex is really workin great, had trouble (pain) in my shoulder and knee while lifting, since animal cut the pain is gone. Pulled my back last week thought I'd be down for awhile, but AC help recovery a LOT faster.
Feel Yeah, back in DEC I was given the choice to get MED board for my BACK, all messed up from last time in Iraq. Turned it down and came back out (office job), passed the promotion board and getting into the best shape ever!
