well at the moment im not skinny at all, and i achieved the weight that i want to see but im not satisfied with my definition and size.

Background

When I Started: Nov 2009
HOW I STARTED:

i've been in the water since i was 2 months old i learned to swim all the strokes at age 3 or 4 i started to swim competitively at age 5 or 6 when i was 8 i began swimming on a whole different level and got a lot faster i started swimming in high school, which helped a ton cuz its like the top 20th swimming high school in the nation and i got a chance to swim every morning and every night this past year i began doing serious weight training and i feel amazing ive always done minor weight training but not to the extent that i am now and ive always loved the feeling of being in the gym and lifting just i was never allowed i will definetly be lifting for the rest of my life

WHY I LOVE IT:

its awesome i love the feeling of being accomplished
