I used exercise to relieve stress around exam time in my senior year of high school. I noticed how quickly my body responded to the resistance training, so I decided to enter my first comp (FAME Worlds 2005) and take it from there.
Why I Love It:
It gives me something to be passionate about. Something to look forward to when I wake up in the morning. And it has really expanded my social circle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Competing and knowing that as hard as I'm working, there's always someone out there working harder, and everytime I stop, someone who is continuing will catch up to me.
BB Accomplishments:
FAME Worlds 2005 - Bodybuilding - 1st female junior
FAME Worlds 2006 - 3rd Female Junior

I'm sick of coming in first because there are no female juniors to compete against, and I'm sick of coming in last because I don't yet have the muscular maturity or mass to go against novice women.
I will push myself as hard as I need to in the gym, and eat as many chickens as I need to in the kitchen in order to get to where I want to go.
You go girl! Your waist and BF% are impressive! You just need some more muscle (but that wiill come with age)! You have a solid base to build on; go hard!
