When I Started: Feb, 2001
How I Started: I moved to CT and met a professional bodybuilder named Paul. I started working out with him and learned a lot of different techniques and started gaining muscle and weight.
Why I Love It: Its my passion, I enjoy each workout and I love watching my body change for the better.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to get back to the shape and weight that I was when I lived in CT.
BB Accomplishments: After I moved to Minnesota in 2006 I was fine but in 2007 I got sick with ulcers and other stomach issues and I lost a lot of weight and muscle. Now after recovering I have been working out and putting it all back on again, sometimes its hard to believe the way that I was before but I know it takes time and I just have to keep on going.
