How I Started:
I had always been the skinny boy who would be tested (good thing for being popular), but I got tired of being the little dude. So I began studying and working out and learned I could cut up easy but couldn't get bigger. Gave up for a few years and said hell lets do it again. 2 years later I have gained 15 lbs.
Why I Love It:
That pump baby, that pump. And the ability to sculpt your own body and remember every time you look in the mirror all the scrapes, sweat, and vomit it took to get you where you are and will take to get you to where you want to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
-That pump, Man its so addictive.
-That big dude in the gym who says "I was your size once, you just gotta keep at it"
BB Accomplishments:
Squatting 365 when 1 1/2 yrs ago I fell to the floor trying 225.
Benching 200+ when 2 years prior my max was 115

Goal (Long):
Fully develop my quads and hams. Grow my lats to the point where I could fly!. Get the 6 pack I had at 160 and of course grow the guns. I would like to be able to bench 275, (currently at around 210), squat 405 (315), and curl the 50's (40).
Thanks to this site and my own personal ambition to push myself past a point where average person would be satisfied I have decided to work towards competition (Novice of course:)). Ronnie said Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. I think about it...
My run time sucks. I do cardio 2 to 3 times per week, but just the stairmaster. I only do organized PT when I'm forced. My run time was 13:36 last yr :(
