spring85sigma Sorry to read about the injury. Do those things that you can do, if nothing but cardio, abs, etc. for the time being and watch the diet. Things will still happen for you until the hand heals. Don't get discouraged! Apr 10, 2013 5:03pm

spring85sigma Thank you for the encouraging blog comment. Since I have limited equipment and use mostly bodyweight exercises, I have to come up with ways to increase the resistance and intensity. I have come to love the challenge. Now if I can hold this diet together and get back to 2011 shape, I will be happy with this challenge, win or lose! Keep up the hard work.
