So my spring break was uneventful but I did get into the gym every day and got a good lift. People at home did notice I had gotten a little bigger it was nice to hear the work was paying off, and it was nice to sleep into 1 then lift and just chill. Hope everyone elses week went well.

I hear yeah..nothing like going to bed late and getting up late. I am however an early bird either way...it's hard to sleep when the sun is shining :)

And you keep loving it! You've probably heard it from others - but at your age your body is ready to build as much muscle as you probably want (maybe more). I wish I was more serious in my teens - I really think the earlier you start the easier it will be to maintain when you get older. Keep at it!

man, muscle milk is prob one of the best stuff out there! it's loaded with a lot of shiz your body needs and is a great in between workout supp if you need some extra cals or whatnot. I'd def recommend it. what kind of creatine are you usin?

Glad to hear your week is going well. Mine too is busy...almost not enough hours in a day...the days are just going by so fast it's unbelievable. I worked a 14 hr shift and so that pretty much took up my whole day.
