Age:
39

Occupation:
Eating tapirs, killing howler monkies in the treetops...
Lifted in high school and college and then slacked off and developed bad habits and got out of shape. Came to my senses in my mid-thirties and started getting my act together again.
Why I Love It:
The personal accomplishment and challenge of seeing how you can affect changes in your own body. The self discipline and knowledge that you're doing something healthy and productive are also nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
By trying to beat the log book each and every single time I touch the weights. And, knowing that fixating on my training has kept me from ever touching another cigarette again.
BB Accomplishments:
Beating the crap out of Lou Ferrigno AND Ronnie Coleman with one arm tied behind my back. Okay...I made that one up. :(

Keep it up!
