Overall Goal: I want to touch 195-200 pounds by spring time in lean muscle with out gettn fat i dont want mouch and im gonna go balls to the wall to get there!!!
Fit Status:
i believe in the saying " you are what you eat" cause i switch my diet a little bit and i put on 4 pounds in the last two weeks
I got started with sports in high school and always wanted to perform better, It Took me along time to get my ass in the gym,Being small and everyone else just being huge made me feel, well small. So i finally got the balls and joined with my cuz and after joining i feel better then i ever did.
Why I Love It:
no aches and no pain, i feel better at work, and i sleep alot better. Now i see new people come into the gym that where just like me and i just smile wishing i woulda started a long time ago.
How I Stay Motivated:
music, family, friends, And Friends that keep me motivated, they tell me when im slacking and tell me i need to step it up. If im not at the gym im already gettn a phone call sayin get my ass up there, unless i said i had somthing to do that night a week ago. Its not the big things that keep me motivated its all the small ones that add up to make a huge difference.
BB Accomplishments:
gained 20 pounds so far and going to try and add another 20

hey thanks man...still pushing hard tho! i was really small as you saw so basically just forced myself to drink lots of protein shakes and eat high calorie foods lol. Thanks for the comment and keep up the good work yourself!
Yep I know what you mean. I'm just now coming out of a stagnant stage myself. I was stuck at 170 for 2 months, I just changed up my routine drastically. It helps me to know that the average person can only gain 7-10 lbs of muscle in a year. I try to focus on making strength gains and adding weight to the bar every week, the bodily weight will come eventually I hope.
Yea that's about as lean as red meat gets. My workout plan's been a little messed up since deer season. Chest/shoulders is one day, the next is back/traps/legs (deadlift and squat day), and the next is bis/tris/forearms. And I repeat in that order when soreness is gone. Abs are in there somewhere. I hate doing abs more than anything so I always work the **** out of them to get them as sore as possible so I don't have to work them out for a while. What about you?
One of my cousins graduated 06 I think she's from Oak Creek. Danielle, she just had a kid I'm not sure what her last name is. And yea I deer hunt, that's free lean red meat mate! (minus the processing costs) I just had one processed right in time to start my winter bulk...
