Background
Originally i started at the end of Grade 11 to train for my Senior basketball year. i managed to lose insane amounts of weight, going from 240 lbs to just 192 lbs in two months. i trained 2-4 hours a day for 5-6 days a week, along with eating good sized but very healthy portions of food. However, after university started i let myself get out of shape again, occasionally starting a program like P90X but not finishing it. im 240 again now, but not obese like before, i do have significant amounts of more muscle than before so its going to be better starting again.
i love hitting the gym again because once i finish a workout, i feel better about accomplishing that than almost any other part of my day. i feel better overall and find i have more energy and focus on other tasks i need to do throughout the day.
