How I Started:
Started Tae Kwon Do and Weight training to improve my fitness.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself. I enjoy reaching new strength levels and wacthing my muscles grow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out 4-5 days a week. It is a habit as well as self motivating because of the accomplishment.
BB Accomplishments:
Improving my muscularity,overall appearance, improved my fitness and health. I have survived cancer twice and open heart surgery which damaged my lungs. Lifting weights has helped me heal physically and mentally.
