Not really on a solid diet. Just eating smarter. Less partying, staying away from shitty food

My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy

Protein/Creatine/Pre-Workout/Test-Booster/Hardening-agent

Gold standard 100% whey (extreme milk chocolate): 6 shakes a day-  2 every meal / after a workout

Purple K creatine: 2 in the morning/ or 2 before and 2 after a workout

BPI Solid- One in the morning

Pre workout- Craze or M5.

BDbulk im just on my fifth week of supplements and havnt had and negative effects of them, i take my creatine 30-45min before work out, i have a pre/beginning workout that i take 15min prior to and 15min start of my workout, then 100% whey post workout and 100% casein slow digesting, have had some descent results in the 5 weeks, would you recommend increasing the whey shake intake? or any of the supplements Mar 6, 2013 1:39am
