My last semester in college before graduating I took a weight training class.
Why I Love It:
I've always wanted to incorporate weight resistance training in my workout routine. I believe it's the best way to develop muscle mass. Before using weights, all I did was calisthenics and cardio.
How I Stay Motivated:
Writing goals down, reading books and listening to music.

Your only limits are the ones you place upon yourself.
To improve my diet, gain muscle mass, and increase strength.
Goal (Long):
My first goal is to gain 25 pounds of lean muscle mass to increase my weight to 200lbs. My second goal is to gain another 20-30lbs of lean muscle mass to achieve my goal of weighing 220-230lbs. I would like to be in the 8%-12% bodyfat range. I would also like to maintain my speed, agility and explosiveness.
Currently doing the intermediate level training program from "The Book of Muscle" by Ian King and Lou Schuler (Published by Men's Health). This is a 6 month program.
My bad dude, I just saw your comment from when you added me. I really can't tell you what I eat to get big. I'm over here in Afghanistan and it's pretty much eat whatever you can get your hands on. Right now I'm taking True Mass by BSN. It's all about taking in more calories than your body uses to run on a daily basis.
Thank you so much I appreciate that AND THANK YOU for putting me on your inspiration list that REALLY means a lot to me and really does help me to train even harder I think..CHEERS:)
