Top Secret Nutrition is relatively new on the market and now, most of their products are available on Bodybuilding!!! I have tried almost everything out but my favorites are the Vanilla Whey protein (literally tastes like a vanilla McDonald's shake) and the Digestive enzymes :) I wouldn't go a day without these 2 products. Well, today, I have been at home so I decided to put my blender to use and spice up my protein shake :) I completely forgot how much I LOVE using my blender to make my shakes extra special...
Peanut butter Heaven-
1 scoop Top Secret Vanilla Whey, 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut butter, 1 packet of stevia, 4 ice cubes, 3 oz water.
Put all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or more ice to get it to the consistency you like.
